1. Cancellation Period:

Cancellations made after the specified period may be subject to a partial refund, with the amount decreasing as the camp start date approaches.

Partial refunds may be offered for cancellations made 

  • 90 Days before the camp start date 70% refund     (before April 5, 2024)
  • 45 Days before the camp start date 30 % refund    (before May 24.2024)
  • After 45 days- no refund  (after May 24, 2024)

2. Force Majeure:

In the event of circumstances beyond the camp organizer’s control, such as natural disasters or government regulations, the camp may be canceled, rescheduled, or modified. Refunds in such cases will be determined based on the available options at the time.

3. Communication:

Participants are advised to communicate any cancellations or concerns with the camp organizers as soon as possible.

4. Cancellation by the organizer

If Sardarapat FC cancels the camp before May 3, 2024 due to any reason, the company will refund all amount paid by the registered participants.
